No interference with Railway Operations and Excluded Activities. 10.1.1 The Facility Manager shall ensure that the SFM Project is undertaken in a manner that does not interfere with or hinder or otherwise obstruct railway operations and Excluded Activities(including without limitation, passenger and goods movements) at the relevant station (or otherwise).
