No Interference with Suppliers. The Executive agrees that during the twelve months following the Termination Date he will not in any Capacity: (a) interfere with the supply of goods or services to the Company or any Associated Company from any Supplier (including, without limitation, inducing or encouraging the Supplier adversely to vary the terms on which it conducts business with the Company or any Associated Company); or (b) induce or encourage any Supplier to cease or decline to supply goods or services to the Company or any Associated Company in the future.
