Common use of No Intermediate Satisfaction Clause in Contracts

No Intermediate Satisfaction. The security hereby constituted shall not be, or be deemed to be, affected satisfied or discharged by any intermediate payment or satisfaction from time to time or at any time of the whole, or any part, of the Secured Obligations, nor shall such continuing security be, or be deemed to be, in any way released or discharged by the release or partial release by the Security Trustee of any security hereby constituted, or by any other thing done or omitted or neglected to be done by the Security Trustee in relation to any such other security, or by the release or taking, holding, varying or non-enforcement of any other security, collateral, additional or otherwise whatsoever which may for the time being be held, or which may at any time hereafter be held, by the Security Trustee for securing the Secured Obligations or any part thereof.
