No Investor Obligation. For the avoidance of doubt, notwithstanding the rights, if any, granted to TB hereunder, in no case shall TB be responsible for any obligation of the Company pursuant to this Section 5, and Executive hereby covenants for the benefit of TB that he will not make any assertions to the contrary.
