Common use of NO INVOLUNTARY PETITION Clause in Contracts

NO INVOLUNTARY PETITION. From the date that this Agreement has been executed by the Parties through the earlier of (i) the termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 4.13 or (ii) the expiration or termination of the Standstill Period pursuant to Section 3.1.1, neither SELLER nor any of its affiliates shall file an involuntary petition for relief in bankruptcy against EDISON.
