Common use of No Joint and Several Liability Clause in Contracts

No Joint and Several Liability. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the Union Bank Entities and the Covered Third Parties shall not have any liability to any of the LML Entities for any actions or inactions of another defendant in the Lawsuits, or any other Entity against whom any of the LML Entities has asserted or may assert a claim for Infringement of a LML Patent.
