No Joint and Several Liability. The parties acknowledge and agree that: (a) the obligations and liabilities of the Employee under this Agreement are several only, and will not be, nor construed to be, either joint with Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx or joint and several with Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx; and (b) the obligations and liabilities of the Employer under this Agreement are several only, and will not be, nor construed to be, either joint with High River or joint and several with High River.
