Common use of No Landlord Representations Clause in Contracts

No Landlord Representations. Tenant acknowledges with respect to the transaction pursuant to which Landlord has acquired its interest in the Premises and leased the same to Tenant that it has not relied on any representations, statements or warranties made by Landlord and that Landlord shall not, in any event whatsoever, be liable by reason of any such claimed misrepresentation or breach of warranty or for any latent or patent defects in the Premises.
