Common use of No Law Violations or Nuisances Clause in Contracts

No Law Violations or Nuisances. User will not make or permit any use of the Property, or any part thereof, which violates any applicable statute, ordinance, regulation or other requirement of any governmental authority, or which constitutes a public or private nuisance or which may render void or voidable any insurance then carried by Tenant or User pursuant to this Agreement.
