This Agreement is not intended and shall not be construed as creating a joint venture or a legal partnership between the Issuer and Service Provider, and shall not be interpreted as permitting either party to act as an agent for the other party to this Agreement. or creating a fiduciary relationship or duty or any other obligations other than those expressly imposed by this Agreement.
