Any and all notices, requests, certificates and other instruments including, without limitation, the Notes, may refer to the Note Agreement or the Note Agreement dated as of October 15, 1992 without making specific reference to this Amendment to Note Agreements and Assumption Agreement, but nevertheless all such references shall be deemed to include this Amendment to Note Agreements and Assumption Agreement unless the context shall otherwise require.
