Common use of No Liability by the Trustee to the Owners Clause in Contracts

No Liability by the Trustee to the Owners. Except as expressly provided herein, the Trustee shall not have any obligation or liability to the Owners with respect to the payment when due of the 2010 Installment Payments by the District, or with respect to the observance or performance by the Corporation or the District of the other agreements, conditions, covenants and terms contained herein required to be observed and performed by either of them.

No Liability by the Trustee to the Owners. Except as expressly provided herein, the Trustee shall not have any obligation or liability to the Owners with respect to the payment when due of the 2010 Installment Base Rental Payments by the DistrictCounty, or with respect to the observance or performance by the Corporation or the District County of the other agreements, conditions, agreements and covenants and terms contained herein required to be observed and performed by either of themit contained in the Facilities Lease or herein.

No Liability by the Trustee to the Owners. Except as expressly provided herein, the Trustee shall not have any obligation or liability to the Owners with respect to the payment when due of the 2010 Installment Payments Notes by the DistrictLocal Agencies, or with respect to the observance or performance by the Corporation or the District Local Agencies of the other agreements, conditions, covenants and terms contained herein required in the Notes and the Note Resolutions, other than with respect to such amounts that are delivered or otherwise paid to the Trustee to be observed and performed by either of themapplied to an Outstanding Note Participations.

Except as expressly provided herein, the Trustee shall not have any obligation or liability to the Owners with respect to the payment when due of the 2010 Installment State Payments by the DistrictState, with respect to the observance or performance by the State of the other agreements and covenants required to be observed and performed by it contained in the Master Financing Agreements or herein or with respect to the observance or performance by the Corporation or the District of the other agreements, conditions, agreements and covenants and terms contained herein required to be observed and performed by either of themit contained in this Trust Agreement.
