Employment and Duties of the Trustee. The Authority hereby appoints and employs the Trustee to receive, deposit and disburse the Revenues as provided herein, to prepare, authenticate, deliver, transfer, exchange and cancel the Bonds as provided herein, to pay the interest and principal and redemption premiums, if any, on the Bonds to the Owners thereof as provided herein, and to perform the other obligations contained herein; all in the manner provided herein and subject to the conditions and terms hereof. By executing and delivering the Indenture, the Trustee undertakes to perform such obligations (and only such obligations ) as are specifically set forth herein, and no implied obligations shall be read herein against the Trustee.
