No Liability for Approvals and Inspections. Except as may be otherwise expressly provided herein, no approval to be made by the City under this Agreement or any inspection of the Work by City under this Agreement, shall render City liable for failure to discover any defects or non-conformance with this Agreement, or a violation of or noncompliance with any federal, state or local statute, regulation, ordinance or code.
