No Liability for Directors or Others. 7.1 The Executive acknowledges and agrees that each and every of the obligations, agreements, liabilities and covenants in this Agreement which are not the Executive’s are solely those of the Corporation, and the directors, officers, Executives and shareholders of the Corporation shall not have, and are hereby released from, any responsibility or liability of any nature whatsoever in respect of such obligations, agreements, liabilities or covenants.
