No Liability for Exercise of Powers. Neither XXXX, the Authority, nor the City shall be liable to Lessee for any diminution or deprivation of its rights which may result from the proper exercise of any power reserved to XXXX, the Authority or the City in this Agreement. Lessee shall not be entitled to terminate this Agreement by reason thereof, unless the exercise of such power shall interfere with Xxxxxx's rights hereunder so as to constitute a termination of this Agreement by operation of law.
