No Liability for Exercise of Powers. Neither SRA nor the City shall be liable to Lessee for any diminution or deprivation of Lessee’s rights which may result from the proper exercise of any power to preserve SRA or the City under this Agreement. Lessee shall not be entitled to terminate this Agreement by reason thereof, unless the exercise of such power shall substantially interfere with Lessee’s rights hereunder so as to constitute a termination of this Agreement by operation of law.
