No Liability for First Aid. You hereby acknowledge and agree that despite any actual or implied provision of this Deed or any rule of law or equity to the contrary, neither we nor any of Our Employees and agents are liable for any personal injury, suffering or death arising wholly or partially due to us or any of Our Employees or agents either providing, attempting to provide or failing to provide or assist in providing appropriate emergency first aid treatment to you or your spouse.
