No liability for obligations of the Issuer. The Transaction Parties which are parties to this Agreement, other than the Issuer, shall not have any liability for the obligations of the Issuer, and nothing in any Transaction Document shall constitute the giving of a guarantee, an indemnity or the assumption of a similar obligation by any of the Transaction Parties in respect of the performance by the Issuer of its obligations.
