No liability for refusal to Deliver Gas. Subject to clause 23.2, the Operator is not liable for any Direct Damage or Indirect Damage caused by or arising out of any refusal to Deliver Gas under clause 5.7, unless the refusal is deemed to be a Curtailment under clause 5.9, in which case clause 17 applies.
