Gas temperature and pressure. (a) The minimum and maximum temperatures and the minimum and maximum pressures at which the Shipper may Deliver Gas to the Operator at the Inlet Points, and the Operator may Deliver Gas to the Shipper at the Outlet Points, are those set out in Item 2 of Schedule 3. (b) The Parties may at any time agree in writing to vary any one or more of the pressures and temperatures set out in Item 2 of Schedule 3. (c) If at any time: (i) the minimum and the maximum temperature and the minimum and maximum pressure of an Inlet Point or an Outlet Point are not set out in Item 2 of Schedule 3; and (ii) the Shipper Delivers Gas to the Operator at that Inlet Point or the Shipper Receives Gas from the Operator at that Outlet Point, then the Shipper is entitled to Deliver Gas at that Inlet Point or obliged to Receive Gas at that Outlet Point under this Contract, (iii) if the Operator is then Receiving Gas from or Delivering Gas to other shippers at that Inlet Point or Outlet Point, at the temperature and pressure at which the Operator is Receiving Gas from or Delivering Gas to those other shippers; or (iv) if the Operator is not then Receiving Gas from or Delivering Gas to other shippers at that Inlet Point or Outlet Point, at the temperature and pressure at which the Operator was last entitled to Deliver Gas or obliged to Receive Gas at that Inlet Point or Outlet Point under the terms of a contract with any other shipper.

Gas temperature and pressure. ‌ (a) The minimum and maximum temperatures and the minimum and maximum pressures at which the Shipper may Deliver Gas to the Owner at the Inlet Points, and the Owner may Deliver Gas to the Shipper at the Outlet Points, are those set out in Item 2 of Schedule 2. (b) The Parties may at any time agree in writing to vary any one or more of the pressures and temperatures set out in Item 2 of Schedule 2. (c) The Shipper acknowledges that its Maximum Interruptible Capacity at each Inlet Point and Outlet Point is dependent upon the gas composition and temperature meeting the requirements set out in Schedule 2.

  • Temperature Where low temperature and/or self-service cases are used for any of such merchandise coming under the jurisdiction of the Union, such cases shall be served only by employees covered by this Agreement.

  • Pressure The System user is not entitled to deliver natural gas to Gas Connect Austria at the Entry Point Xxxxxxxxxx WAG at a pressure of below 49 bar. Normal cubic meter (Nm³) is a cubic meter of natural gas at 273.15 K (= 0°C) and 101,325 kPa (=1.01325 bara). The natural gas delivered by the System User at the Entry Point Xxxxxxxxxx WAG for transportation must be in line with the following chemical and physical specifications:

  • Calibration The comparison of a measurement system or device of unverified accuracy with a measurement system of known and greater accuracy to detect deviation of the unverified measurement system from required performance specifications (of the unverified measurement system or device) and to quantify all measured values to applicable units of the international system of units.

  • DELIVERY PRESSURE Xxxxxx agrees to use due care and diligence to furnish gas hereunder at such uniform pressure as Seller may elect up to, but not exceeding 20 pounds per square inch gauge, and not less than 5 pounds per square inch gauge, at the "Point of Delivery". Buyer shall be responsible for the installation and operation of adequate safety equipment downstream of the Point of Delivery so as to relieve or control pressure variations within the limits described above that may, for any reason through malfunction of Seller's equipment or otherwise, occur on Buyer's side of the "Delivery Point".

  • Gas If Customer has selected a Gas Fixed Rate, Customer’s Price will be based on the Fixed Rate(s), plus the Administration Charge, set forth in the Application, which includes RITERATE ENERGY’s compressor fuel and transportation charges, administrative and transaction costs and the Gas Balancing Amount and any Regulatory Charges (defined below).

  • Meters (a) You must allow safe and unhindered access to your premises for the purposes of reading and maintaining the meters (where relevant). (b) We will use our best endeavours to ensure that a meter reading is carried out as frequently as is needed to prepare your bills, consistently with the metering rules and in any event at least once every 12 months.

  • Delivery Points ‌ Project water made available to the Agency pursuant to Article 6 shall be delivered to the Agency by the State at the delivery structures established in accordance with Article 10.

  • Temperature Measurement Temperature will be measured by the nearest automatic Melbourne Bureau of Meteorology Monitoring Station for example (but not limited to): Melbourne, Moorabbin, Dunns Hill, Melbourne Airport, Frankston, and Point Xxxxxx. At the commencement of each project, the onsite management and employee representatives shall agree which is to be the applicable automatic weather monitoring station.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.

  • Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.
