No Liability for Safekeeping. Lender shall not be liable or responsible in any way for the safekeeping of any Collateral of Borrower delivered to it, to any bailee appointed by or for it, to any warehouseman, or under any other circumstances. Lender shall not be responsible for collection of any proceeds or for losses in collected proceeds held by Borrower in trust for Lender. Any and all risk of loss for any or all of the foregoing shall be upon Borrower, except for such loss as shall result from Lender’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
