No liability in tort, contract etc. Except as expressly provided in clauses 20, 24, 25, and 27, the Distributor’s liability to the Trader and the Trader’s liability to the Distributor, whether in tort (including negligence), contract, breach of statutory duty, equity, or otherwise arising from the relationship between them and of any nature whatsoever relating to the subject matter of this Agreement is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
