No Liability of the Corporation or the Manager for DRIP. Neither the Corporation nor the Manager is liable for any act undertaken or omitted in good faith in administering the DRIP. Neither the Corporation nor the Manager can assure a profit or protect any Registered Participant against a loss relating to Shares acquired or to be acquired under the DRIP.
