Registered Participant definition

Registered Participant means a market participant which has entered into a Participation Agreement with the Allocation Platform Rights Document means a document containing the information of the maximum amount of allocated Physical Transmission Rights (identified by CAI) that can be nominated by a market participant per Bidding Zone border per day per hour and per direction taking into account the volume of Daily Transmission Rights initially acquired and any possible curtailments which occurred before the issuance of the Rights Document. Working Day means the calendar days from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays as specified on the website of the Allocation Platform;
Registered Participant means a market participant which has entered into a Participation Agreement with the Single Allocation Platform;
Registered Participant means a person who is registered under the National Gas Law as a registered participant in their capacity as a user or a self-contracting user in accordance with Rule 135AE of the National Gas Rules; Regulator means the Australian Energy Regulator; Related Body Corporate has the meaning given to that term in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth);

  • A Registered Participant may request in written form an increase of the collaterals in form of a Bank Guarantee, a decrease of the collaterals in form of a Bank Guarantee and/or cash deposit or change of the form of the collaterals at any time in accordance to paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article.

Registered Participant means a participant who is registered with BNSW and agrees to abide by BNSW’s Registration and Tribunal By-Laws.

Registered Participant means a Participant who holds a certificate or certificates or a DRS Advice registered in his, her or its own name, in each case for Common Shares enrolled in the Plan;
