Common use of No liability Pledgee Clause in Contracts

No liability Pledgee. Except for its gross negligence (grove nalatigheid) or wilful misconduct (opzet), the Pledgee shall not be liable towards the Pledgor for not (or not completely) collecting, recovering or selling the Collateral or any loss or damage resulting from any collection, recovery or sale of the Collateral or arising out of the exercise of or failure to exercise any of its powers under this Agreement or for any other loss of any nature whatsoever in connection with the Collateral or this Agreement.

No liability Pledgee.
