Security over Lenders’ rights. In addition to the other rights provided to Lenders under this Clause 27, each Lender may without consulting with or obtaining consent from any Obligor, at any time charge, assign or otherwise create Security in or over (whether by way of collateral or otherwise) all or any of its rights under any Finance Document to secure obligations of that Lender including:
(a) any charge, assignment or other Security to secure obligations to a federal reserve or central bank; and
(b) in the case of any Lender which is a fund, any charge, assignment or other Security granted to any holders (or trustee or representatives of holders) of obligations owed, or securities issued, by that Lender as Security for those obligations or securities, except that no such charge, assignment or Security shall:
(i) release a Lender from any of its obligations under the Finance Documents or substitute the beneficiary of the relevant charge, assignment or Security for the Lender as a party to any of the Finance Documents; or
(ii) require any payments to be made by an Obligor or grant to any person any more extensive rights than those required to be made or granted to the relevant Lender under the Finance Documents.
Security over Lenders’ rights. In addition to the other rights provided to the Lender under this Clause 25, the Lender may without consulting with or obtaining consent from the Borrower or any Security Party, at any time charge, assign or otherwise create a Security Interest in or over (whether by way of collateral or otherwise) all or any of its rights under any Finance Document to secure obligations of the Lender including, without limitation:
(a) any charge, assignment or other Security Interest to secure obligations to a federal reserve or central bank; and
(b) if the Lender is a fund, any charge, assignment or other Security Interest granted to any holders (or trustee or representatives of holders) of obligations owed, or securities issued, by the Lender as security for those obligations or securities; except that no such charge, assignment or Security Interest shall:
(i) release the Lender from any of its obligations under the Finance Documents or substitute the beneficiary of the relevant charge, assignment or Security Interest for the Lender as a party to any of the Finance Documents; or
(ii) require any payments to be made by the Borrower or any Security Party or grant to any person any more extensive rights than those required to be made or granted to the Lender under the Finance Documents.

In addition to the other rights provided to Lenders under this Clause 27.12, each Lender may without consulting with or obtaining consent from any Obligor, at any time charge, assign or otherwise create Security in or over (whether by way of collateral or otherwise) all or any of its rights under any Finance Document to secure obligations of that Lender including, without limitation:
(a) any charge, assignment or other Security to secure obligations to a federal reserve or central bank; and
(b) in the case of any Lender which is a fund, any charge, assignment or other Security granted to any holders (or trustee or representatives of holders) of obligations owed, or securities issued, by that Lender as security for those obligations or securities, except that no such charge, assignment or Security shall:
(i) release a Lender from any of its obligations under the Finance Documents or substitute the beneficiary of the relevant charge, assignment or Security for the Lender as a party to any of the Finance Documents; or
(ii) require any payments to be made by an Obligor or grant to any person any more extensive rights than those required to be made or granted to the relevant Lender under the Finance Documents.
Security over Lenders’ rights. In addition to the other rights provided to Lenders under this Section 13, each Lender may without consulting with or obtaining consent from any Credit Party, at any time charge, assign or otherwise create a Lien (or any other security interest) or declare a trust in or over (whether by way of collateral or otherwise) all or any of its rights under any Credit Document to secure obligations of that Lender including, without limitation:
(i) any charge, assignment or other Lien (or any other security interest) or trust to secure obligations to a federal reserve or central bank or the CIRR Representative; and
(ii) in the case of any Lender which is a fund, any charge, assignment or other Lien (or any other security interest) granted to any holders (or trustee or representatives of holders) of obligations owed, or securities issued, by that Lender as security for those obligations or securities, except that no such charge, assignment or Lien (or any other security interest) or trust shall:
(i) release a Lender from any of its obligations under the Credit Documents or substitute the beneficiary of the relevant charge, assignment or other Lien (or any other security interest) or trust for the Lender as a party to any of the Credit Documents; or
(ii) require any payments to be made by a Credit Party or grant to any person any more extensive rights than those required to be made or granted to the relevant Lender under the Credit Documents.
Security over Lenders’ rights. In addition to the other rights provided to Lenders under this Clause 23, each Lender may without consulting with or obtaining consent from any Obligor, at any time assign, charge, pledge or otherwise create Security in or over (whether by way of collateral or otherwise) all or any of its rights under any Finance Document to secure obligations of that Lender including, without limitation any assignment, charge, pledge or other Security to secure obligations to a federal reserve or central bank except that no such assignment, charge, pledge or Security shall:
(a) release a Lender from any of its obligations under the Finance Documents or substitute the beneficiary of the relevant assignment, charge, pledge or Security for the Lender as a party to any of the Finance Documents; or
(b) require any payments to be made by an Obligor other than or in excess of, or grant to any person any more extensive rights than, those required to be made or granted to the relevant Lender under the Finance Documents.
Security over Lenders’ rights. In addition to the other rights provided to Lenders under this Clause 24, each Lender may without consulting with or obtaining consent from any Security Party, at any time charge, assign or otherwise create Encumbrances in or over (whether by way of collateral or otherwise) all or any of its rights under any Finance Document to secure obligations of that Lender including, without limitation:

In addition to the other rights provided to Lenders under this Clause 24, each Lender may without consulting with or obtaining consent from the Borrower or any Security Party, at any time charge, assign or otherwise create a Security Interest in or over (whether by way of collateral or otherwise) all or any of its rights under any Finance Document to secure obligations of that Lender including, without limitation in the case of any Lender which is a fund, any charge, assignment or other Security Interest granted to any holders (or trustee or representatives of holders) of obligations owed, or securities issued, by that Lender as security for those obligations or securities, except that no such charge, assignment or Security Interest shall:
(i) release a Lender from any of its obligations under the Finance Documents or substitute the beneficiary of the relevant charge, assignment or Security Interest for the Lender as a party to any of the Finance Documents; or
(ii) require any payments to be made by the Borrower, either Approved Manager or any Security Party or grant to any person any more extensive rights than those required to be made or granted to the relevant Lender under the Finance Documents.
Security over Lenders’ rights. (i) In addition to the other rights provided to Lenders under this Clause 13.11 (Lender Transfers, Assignments and Participations), each Lender may at any time charge, assign or otherwise create security in or over (whether by way of collateral or otherwise) all or any of its rights under any Finance Document to secure obligations of that Lender, including:
(A) any charge, assignment or other security to secure obligations to its federal reserve or central bank;
(B) upon at least three (3) Business Days’ prior written notice to the Borrower, any charge, assignment or other security to secure obligations of that Lender for the benefit of any of its Affiliates;
(C) any delegation, pledge or assignment in favour of the Funding Entity in connection with the Funding Agreement; and
(D) in the case of any Lender which is a fund, any charge, assignment or other security granted to any holders (or trustee or representatives of holders) of obligations owed, or securities issued, by that Lender as security for those obligations or securities, provided that any such charge, assignment or security shall:
(I) be made only with the Borrower’s prior written consent (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed), except if it is made pursuant to clause (A), (B) or (C) above in which case no such consent shall be required;
(II) not release a Lender from any of its obligations under the Finance Documents or substitute the beneficiary of the relevant charge, assignment or other security for the Lender as a party to any of the Finance Documents; and
(III) not require any payments to be made by the Borrower or grant to any Person any more extensive rights than those required to be made or granted to the relevant Lender under the Finance Documents.
(ii) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, upon enforcement by the Funding Entity of any delegation, pledge or assignment described in clause (i)(C) above in accordance with its terms, all rights of the relevant Lender under the Finance Documents which are subject to that delegation, pledge or assignment (as applicable) shall be transferred ipso jure to the Funding Entity which shall become the direct beneficiary of the same without the need for any formality (including, for the avoidance of doubt, without the need to comply with the procedures provided in paragraph (a) or (b) above).
