No Licensed Non. Classroom Personnel unit member who has completed the probationary period shall be disciplined, reprimanded, reduced in rank or compensation, or deprived of any professional advantage, without just cause. Any such discipline, reprimand or reduction in rank, compensation or advantage, shall be subject to the Grievance Procedure (see Article 5). All information concerning a disciplinary action will be made available to the Licensed Non-Classroom Personnel unit member and to the Association. The Board recognizes the concept of progressive discipline for Licensed Non-Classroom Personnel unit members who have completed the probationary period.
