Common use of No Limitation of Obligations Clause in Contracts

No Limitation of Obligations. The provision of the Bond does not: (a) relieve the Contractor from any of its obligations under any other provision of this Deed; or (b) limit the right of the Council to recover from the Contractor in full all money payable to the Council under this Deed, including without limitation, interest on any such amounts or damages or other losses incurred by the Council.
