No Limitation on Recourse. Notwithstanding the foregoing Collateral, the Obligations are full recourse obligations of the Borrower (with recourse to its partners limited to the extent provided in Section 28) and, to the extent provided in the applicable Guaranty, of the Guarantors, and all of their respective Real Estate Assets and other properties shall be available for the indefeasible payment in full in cash and performance of the Obligations.
