NO LIMITATION ON TAXING OR FEE AUTHORITY. Nothing in this section or in this Agreement shall be construed to limit the authority of the Town to impose any lawful tax, fee or assessment of general applicability. Subject to applicable law, such taxes, fees or assessments shall be in addition to Franchise Fees to the extent consistent with applicable law.
