NO LIMITATION UPON LIABILITY. In any and all claims against the Owner, the Architect, CZS (including their directors, officers, agents, employees affiliates, parents or subsidiaries) and other contractors or Subcontractors, or any of their directors, officers, agents or employees, by any employee of the Contractor, anyone directly or indirectly employed by the subcontractor or anyone for whose acts the Contractor may be liable, the indemnification obligation under this Article 12 shall not be limited in any way by any limitation on the amount or type of damages, compensation or benefits payable by or for the Contractor under worker’s or workmen’s compensation acts, disability benefit acts or other employee benefit acts.
