There is no litigation, claim, consent order, settlement agreement, arbitration, agency proceeding, investigation, challenge or other proceeding pending or threatened against Provider, its properties or business or any individuals acting on Provider’s behalf, including, without limitation, Subcontractors, in which any Person seeks to enjoin or prohibit Provider from entering into or performing its obligations under this Contract.
