No Make-ReadyWork Required. If AT&T determines that no Make-ReadyWork is required, AT&T shall approve Applications for Pole attachment and Conduit Occupancy Licenses and issue such Licenses within twenty (20) business days after the determination has been made that no Make- ReadyWork is required, but in no event later than 45 days after AT&T receives Licensee’s Application, which period shall exclude any time AT&T is awaiting a response fromLicensee.

  • Make-Ready Work The term “make-ready work” refers to all work performed or to be performed to prepare SWBT’s poles, ducts, conduits, rights-of-way, and related facilities for the requested occupancy or attachment of Applicant’s facilities. Make-ready work does not include the actual installation of Applicant’s facilities. “Make-ready work” includes, but is not limited to, clearing obstructions (e.g., by “rodding” ducts to ensure clear passage), and rearranging, transferring, replacing, and removing existing facilities on a pole or in a conduit system where such work is required to accommodate Applicant’s facilities (as contrasted with work performed on SWBT’s behalf in furtherance of SWBT’s own business needs or convenience). “Make-ready work” may require “dig-ups” of existing facilities and may include the repair, enlargement or modification of SWBT’s facilities (including, but not limited to, poles, ducts, conduits, handholes, and manholes), consolidating services into fewer cables, or the performance of other work required to make a pole, anchor, duct, conduit, manhole, handhole, or right-of-way usable for the initial placement of Applicant’s facilities. As used in this Agreement, the term “make-ready work” also includes associated planning and engineering work required to confirm or determine the extent of make-ready work required and to plan make-ready projects.

  • No Work Stoppage 13. It is mutually agreed and understood that during the period this Agreement is in force and effect the Union will not authorize or engage in any strike, slowdown, or work stoppage. Represented employees are also bound by the above. The City agrees not to conduct a lockout against any of the employees covered by this agreement during the term of this Agreement.

  • NO WORK STOPPAGES 5. It is understood and agreed that during the term of this Agreement neither the Union nor any person covered hereunder shall engage in a strike, slowdown or work stoppage against the City and County of San Francisco, nor shall the Union or any person covered hereunder honor any picket line of any other group of City employees who are obliged under a contractual no strike provision or any provisions of the City Charter to refrain from strikes, slowdowns, or work stoppages against the City and County of San Francisco.

  • WORK CLOTHING 1. The State shall continue to furnish foul weather gear and work clothing, such as aprons, smocks, shop coats, lab coats, coveralls and boots to employees furnished such clothing in the past. The State shall be responsible for continuing to provide laundering of work clothing where such service is being provided as of the effective date of this Agreement.

  • WORK STOPPAGE AND SLOWDOWN Employees within the bargaining unit, MSEA-SEIU and its officers at all levels, agree that they will not instigate, promote, sponsor, condone or engage in any work stoppage, sympathy work stoppage or slowdown.

  • No alterations No alterations or additions may be made to the premises nor may any fixtures be installed or placards, decorations or other articles be attached in any way to any part of the premises without the prior written approval of the Village Hall Secretary. Any alteration, fixture or fitting or attachment so approved shall at the discretion of the Village Hall remain in the premises at the end of the hiring. It will become the property of the Village Hall unless removed by the Hirer who must make good to the satisfaction of the Village Hall any damage caused to the premises by such removal.

  • WORK CLOTHES The employer shall provide all necessary work clothes (coveralls, work shoes or equivalent, and insulated coveralls, winter coveralls and rain gear as needed), as well as safety equipment, including personal safety gear. Work clothes and safety gear provided by the company are the property of the company. When a new set of work clothes is provided, the worn set shall be handed in. Used safety equipment as mentioned above shall be properly cleaned before being reissued.

  • No Alteration Not alter, modify or in any manner change the (1) elevation and exterior colour scheme of the said Apartment and the building and (2) design and/or the colour scheme of the windows, grills and the main door of the said Apartment.

  • No Misuse of Water Not to misuse or permit to be misused the water supply to the said Apartment.

  • C1 Contract Price C1.1 In consideration of the Contractor’s performance of its obligations under the Contract, the Authority shall pay the Contract Price in accordance with clause C2 (Payment and VAT).
