Pole Attachment definition

Pole Attachment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.8.1.
Pole Attachment means any attachment to surplus space, or use of excess capacity, by a telecommunications carrier or CMRS carrier for a communications system on or in any support structure owned, controlled, or used by a public utility.
Pole Attachment means the connection of a facility to a utility pole. Some examples of facilities are mechanical hardware, grounding and transmission cable, and equipment boxes.
