No Member shall. (a) knowingly participate in any decision that directly and preferentially benefits himself/herself or any individual with whom the Member has an immediate familial, marital, sexual or financial relationship; or (b) knowingly participate in any academic decision directly affecting an individual with whom the Member has an immediate familial, marital, sexual, client, patient, or financial relationship.
