No Merger of Property. If Lender shall acquire title to the Property by conveyance from Borrower or as a result of the foreclosure of any other mortgage which Lender at any time holds with respect to the Property, this Instrument shall not merge in the fee of the Property but shall remain and continue as an existing and enforceable lien for the Loan secured hereby until the same shall be released of record by Lender in writing.
