No Modification or Derivative Works. Participant and Consultant shall neither modify nor create derivative works based on or containing the MLS Data unless specifically authorized in writing by Association. Participant and Consultant may reformat the MLS Data or display fewer than all data elements of the MLS Data provided to Participant and Consultant. If any modifications or derivative works are authorized by Association, they shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Association, and Participant and Consultant agrees to and herby does assign any and all rights to such modifications and works to Association. To the extent permitted herein or authorized in writing by Association, other data may be added to or combined with the MLS Data, provided in each case the source of such other data is clearly identified.
