Common use of No Net Cost to Village Clause in Contracts

No Net Cost to Village. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, all costs and expenses incurred by the Village pursuant to this Agreement in connection with the application, formation and operation of the Districts shall be paid by TSVI through advance payments; provided that TSVI shall be reimbursed for all or a portion of expenses as they relate to the PID from the proceeds of PID Bonds or special levy revenue accumulations, and as such expenses relate to the XXXX from proceeds of XXXX Bonds or accumulated Tax Increment Revenue, in each case to the extent allowable by applicable state and federal law.
