No Non-Retail Use. Tenant shall refrain from using or permitting the use of the Premises or any portion thereof for office, clerical or other nonselling purposes, provided, however, that space in the Premises may be used for such purposes to the extent reasonably required for the conduct of Tenant's permitted business.
