There shall be no grace period and no notice provision with respect to the payment of principal at maturity and/or in connection with a Mandatory Principal Prepayment (except as provided in Section 2.3.8) and no grace period and no notice provision with respect to defaults related to the voluntary filing of bankruptcy or reorganization proceedings or an assignment for the benefit of creditors, or subject to Sections 10.2.4 and 10.2.5, with respect to a breach of warranty or representation under Article 6, or (subject to Section 10.2.5) with respect to the breach of any of the affirmative covenants set forth in Article 7 (unless a grace or cure period is specifically provided for therein) or (subject to Section 10.2.5) with respect to the breach of any of the negative covenants set forth in Article 8.
