Election Period. The period which begins on the first day of the Plan Year in which the Participant attains age thirty-five (35) and ends on the date of the Participant’s death. If a Participant separates from Service prior to the first day of the Plan Year in which age thirty-five (35) is attained, the Election Period shall begin on the date of separation, with respect to the account balance as of the date of separation.
Election Period. You have 60 days to notify your employer and/or CDN in writing that you want to elect/enroll in Cal- COBRA continuation coverage. The 60 days starts on the later of the following two dates: • The date you receive the election notice. • The date your coverage ended.
Election Period. The term "Election Period" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 14.3(a).
Election Period. (i) Performance Based Compensation A special election period ¨ Does x Does Not apply to each eligible type of performance based compensation referenced in Section 3.02 of the Adoption Agreement. The special election period, if applicable, will be determined by the Employer.
Election Period. The thirty day period during which Executive may elect the Release Severance or the No-Release Severance shall commence the day following Executive’s last day of employment and shall expire on the 31st day following Executive’s last day of employment. In the event that Executive does not timely elect the Release Severance or the No-Release Severance, it shall conclusively be deemed election of the No-Release Severance and the right to elect the Release Severance shall be forever waived. Nothing herein shall create any obligation on the Company to notify Executive of his or her right to elect the Release Severance or the No-Release Severance.
Election Period. A Participant may waive the Qualified Joint and Survivor Annuity form of benefit at any time during a 180-day election period ending on the date as of which his benefit payments begin. Such a waiver must be in writing and must specify the optional form of benefit elected and the specific Beneficiary or Beneficiaries, if any, to whom any death benefits under the Plan will be payable.
Election Period. For purposes of (1) and (2) above, the election period shall be the period:
(A) beginning on the earlier of:
(i) the first day of the Plan Year in which the Participant attains age 35, or
(ii) the date of the Participant’s severance from employment; provided however, if the Participant returns to service, then any election made prior to the first day of the Plan Year in which he attains age 35 shall be voided; and
(B) ending on the Participant’s date of death.
Election Period. The period during which the election, provided for in (a) above, may be made shall commence with the date the amendment is adopted or deemed to be made, and shall end on the latest of:
(1) sixty (60) days after the amendment is adopted;
(2) sixty (60) days after the amendment becomes effective; or
(3) sixty (60) days after a Participant is issued written notice of the amendment by the Employer or Plan Administrator. Notwithstanding any vesting schedule specified in the Adoption Agreement, if this is an amendment and restatement of the Plan, then the vested percentage of a Participant’s Discretionary Account or Matching Account shall not be less than the vested percentage attained for the Discretionary Account or Matching Account, as applicable, as of the later of the effective date or adoption date of this amendment and restatement.
Election Period. To participate in the 403(b) matching program, an eligible employee must submit a written authorization to the District no later than May 15th of the school year. The written authorization must contain all information required by the plan vendor, it must specify the amount to be deposited into the employee’s 403(b) account, and it must authorize the District to make the deduction and deposit through payroll deduction. The amount to be deposited in the 403(b) plan will be deducted in roughly equal amounts from the employee’s paychecks throughout the year. An employee’s participation will continue from year to year at the specified amount unless the employee notifies the District, in writing, that the employee is changing the amount. Any notice of a change in the amount of the employee’s contribution must be submitted to the District by May 15th and the change will not take effect until July 15th.
Election Period. In addition to any other election periods provided under the Plan, each Eligible Employee may make or modify a salary reduction election during the 60-day period immediately preceding each January 1.
