Common use of No Novation, etc Clause in Contracts

No Novation, etc. This Amendment is not intended to be, nor shall it be construed to create, a novation or accord and satisfaction, and the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, shall remain in full force and effect. Notwithstanding any prior mutual temporary disregard of any of the terms of the Credit Agreement, the parties agree that the terms of the Credit Agreement shall be strictly adhered to on and after the date hereof, except as expressly modified by this Amendment.
