No Novation, etc. This Agreement is not intended to be, nor shall it be construed to create, a novation or accord and satisfaction and the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall remain in full force and effect. Notwithstanding any prior mutual temporary disregard of any of the terms of any of the Loan Documents, the parties agree that the terms of each of the Loan Documents shall be strictly adhered to on and after the date hereof, except as expressly modified by this Agreement.
