No Nuisance or Waste. Tenant shall not do or permit anything to be done in, or about the Premises which will in any way obstruct or interfere with the rights of Landlord and other tenants or occupants or invitees of the Building or injure or annoy them or use or allow the Premises to be used for any improper, immoral or objectionable purpose, nor shall Tenant cause, maintain or permit any nuisance in, on, or about the Building or the Premises. Tenant shall not commit or suffer the commission of any waste in, on, or about the Building or the Premises.
No Nuisance or Waste. Licensee shall not commit, suffer, or permit any nuisance or waste, environmental waste, damage, or destruction to occur in or about the Parking Area and shall not permit the use of the Parking Area for any illegal or immoral purpose. Licensee further agrees to comply with all State and federal laws and local ordinances concerning the Parking Area and the use of the Parking Area. During the Term Licensee shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances and the terms of this Agreement.
No Nuisance or Waste. Tenant shall not commit or suffer to be committed any waste upon the Premises or any nuisance or other act or thing which may disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other tenant in the Building or owners or tenants of property adjacent to the Project. Tenant shall not use or permit to be used, any medium that might constitute a nuisance, such as loud-speakers, sound amplifiers, phonographs, radios, televisions, or any other sound producing device which will carry sound outside the Premises. Tenant shall not permit noise or odors in the Premises which are reasonably objected to by any owner or tenant of property adjacent to the Project. Upon written notice from Landlord, Tenant shall immediately cease and desist from causing such noise or odor.

Tenant shall not do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises which will in any way obstruct or interfere with the rights of other tenants or occupants of the Project or injure or annoy them or use or allow the Premises to be used for any improper, immoral or objectionable purpose, nor shall Tenant cause, maintain or permit any nuisance in, on, or about the Premises. Tenant shall not commit or suffer the commission of any waste in, on, or about the Premises. Without Landlord’s prior consent, Tenant shall not use the name, street address or likeness of the Premises for any advertising, promotional or marketing purposes.
No Nuisance or Waste. At no time during the Term will the Tenant carry on or permit or suffer to be carried on in the Property or elsewhere on the Property anything which is noxious or offensive or which would constitute a public or private nuisance or which would annoy or disturb or cause nuisance or damage to the occupiers or owners of lands and premises adjoining or in the vicinity of the Property. The Tenant will not cause any willful or voluntary waste or damage to the Property.
No Nuisance or Waste. The Tenant shall not do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises or the Building which will in any way obstruct or interfere with the rights of other tenants or occupants of the Building or any adjacent property or injure or annoy them; and shall not use or allow the Premises to be used for any improper, immoral or objectionable purpose; not shall the Tenant cause, maintain or permit any nuisance in, on, or about the Premises or keep therein any dangerous substance; nor shall the Tenant use an apparatus, machinery or device in or about the Premises which shall cause any substantial noise or vibration; nor shall the Tenant overload the floor of the Premises. If any of the Tenant's office machines and equipment should disturb any other tenant in the Building, then the Tenant shall provide adequate insulation, or take such other action as may be necessary to eliminate the disturbance. The Tenant shall not commit or suffer the commission of waste in, on, or about the Premises.
No Nuisance or Waste. CCS shall not use or allow the Premises to be used for any unlawful purpose, nor shall CCS cause, maintain, or permit any nuisance or waste in, on, or about the Premises.
No Nuisance or Waste. The Charter School shall not use or allow the Site to be used for any unlawful purpose, nor shall the Charter School cause, maintain, or permit any nuisance or waste in, on, or about the Site.
No Nuisance or Waste. Tenant shall not do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises which will in any way allow the Premises to be used for any improper, immoral or objectionable purpose, nor shall Tenant knowingly cause, maintain or permit any nuisance in, on, or about the Premises, nor shall Tenant knowingly commit or suffer the commission of any waste in, on, or about the Premises. Tenant shall not use the Premises in such a manner that unreasonably interferes with or infringes on the rights of other tenants (if any) in any of the Buildings or with other users of the Easement or Driveway.
