Common use of No obligation to insure Clause in Contracts

No obligation to insure. Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary, the Collateral Agent shall not be under any obligation to insure any of the Charged Property or the title deeds or other evidence in respect thereof and shall not be responsible for any loss which may be suffered as a result of the lack of or inadequacy of any such insurance.
