The Mortgage and this Agreement are not to be construed by Borrower or anyone furnishing labor, materials, or any other work or product for improving the Land as an agreement upon the part of Lender to assure that anyone will be paid for furnishing such labor, materials, or any other work or product. Borrower shall be solely responsible for such payments.
