Common use of No Obligation To Prosecute or Maintain Patents Clause in Contracts

No Obligation To Prosecute or Maintain Patents. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, no Party or any member of its Group shall have any obligation to seek, perfect or maintain any protection for any of its Intellectual Property Rights. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, no Party or any member of its Group shall have any obligation to file any Patent application, to prosecute any Patent, or secure any Patent rights or to maintain any Patent in force.
