Common use of No Obstruction by Purchasers to Further Construction Clause in Contracts

No Obstruction by Purchasers to Further Construction. The Developer is entitled to construct further floors on and above the top roof of the Said building complex and/or to make other constructions elsewhere in the Said Property alongwith fixation of hoardings, banners, dish antenas, mobile towers in the part of the ultimate roof of the building by the developer, and the Purchasers shall not obstruct or object to the same. The Purchasers also admits and accepts that the Developer and/or employees and/or agents and/or contractors of the Developer shall be entitled to use and utilize the Common Portions for movement of building materials and for other purposes and the Purchasers shall not raise any objection in any manner whatsoever with regard thereto.

The Developer is shall be entitled to construct further sanctioned floors on and above the top roof of the Said building complex Building and/or car parks and/or to make other constructions elsewhere in the Said Property alongwith fixation of hoardings, banners, dish antenas, mobile towers in the part of the ultimate roof of the building by the developer, Premises and/or said complex and the Purchasers agrees for not making any objection and shall not obstruct or object to the samecreate any obstruction in such construction work. The Purchasers also admits and accepts that the Developer and/or employees and/or agents and/or contractors of the Developer shall be entitled to use and utilize the Common Portions for movement of building materials and for other purposes and the Purchasers shall not raise any objection in any manner whatsoever with regard thereto.
