No OMPA Waiver by Approval. OMPA's approval of the Certificate of Contract Completion will not of itself constitute an approval or acceptance of any faulty work or defective materials, whether latent or patent, nor will any payment, whether partial payment or final payment by OMPA, or release of retainage, constitute a waiver and/or acceptance of any defective or faulty workmanship or materials.
